Section 26-2-101 - Inspections and examinations generally

All inspections and examinations made under this article shall be such and made in such manner as described in the rules and regulations promulgated by the Commissioner, if not inconsistent with this article. This article may be administered in conjunction with the administration of Article 2 of this chapter.Amended by 2003 Ga. Laws 9, § 26, eff. 5/14/2003.
