The promulgation of reasonable and necessary rules and regulations, the conduct of administrative hearings, and judicial review of the department's actions shall be subject to Chapter 13 of Title 50, the 'Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.'Added by 2017 Ga. Laws 140,§ 1, eff. 5/4/2017.
