Section 26-5-60 - Central registry

To prevent simultaneous enrollment of a patient in more than one program, all programs shall comply with the policies and participate in the central registry operated by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. Programs shall comply with the rules and regulations of the department regarding the central registry.Added by 2017 Ga. Laws 140,§ 1, eff. 5/4/2017.
