As used in this article, the term:(1) 'Aquaculture' means the extensive or intensive farming of aquatic animals and plants.(2) 'Commission' means the Aquaculture Development Commission created by Code Section 27-4-253.Amended by 2004 Ga. Laws 728, § 2-6, eff. 5/17/2004.
