As used in this chapter, the term 'public guardian' means an individual or private entity, including a nonprofit entity, who meets the qualifications required in this chapter and has registered with and been duly approved by the probate court to serve as a public guardian of an adult pursuant to Code Section 29-4-3.Added by 2005 Ga.
