Section 29-2-1 - Categories of guardians for minors

Guardians of minors may be categorized as follows:(1) Natural guardians;(2) Testamentary guardians;(3) Temporary guardians;(4) Standby guardians; and(5) Permanent guardians.Added by 2004 Ga. Laws 460, § 1, eff. 7/1/2005.Former § 29-2-1 repealed by 2004 Ga. Laws 460, § 1, eff. 7/1/2005.
