Section 29-3-45 - Responsibility of surety in event appointment of conservator void

If the appointment of a conservator for any cause is declared void, the surety of that conservator shall nevertheless be responsible on the bond for any property received by the conservator.Added by 2004 Ga. Laws 460, § 1, eff. 7/1/2005.
