Section 29-5-42 - Reduction in bond

If the value of the ward's bonded estate decreases, the court may permit a corresponding reduction in the value of the bond, but this reduction does not affect the liability of the surety for prior waste or misconduct of the conservator.Added by 2004 Ga. Laws 460, § 1, eff. 7/1/2005.
