Section 29-9-10 - Oath by department delegate

When appointed pursuant to subsection (b.1) of Code Section 29-4-3, a duly appointed delegate of the Department of Human Services is authorized to take the oath of guardianship before the judge of any probate court of this state.Amended by 2009 Ga.
