Section 29-9-17 - Court ordered instruction for conservator or guardian

At the time of appointment and at any time throughout the conservatorship or guardianship, the court may order the conservator or guardian to undergo such instruction as the court deems appropriate.Added by 2004 Ga. Laws 460, § 1, eff. 7/1/2005.
