Section 3-3-5 - Sale of alcoholic beverages not complying with federal requirements as to quality or purity or standards adopted by commissioner

No alcoholic beverages shall be sold by any licensee under this title if the alcoholic beverages do not fully meet all federal requirements as to quality or purity, as represented by the label, or do not meet such standards as may be adopted by the commissioner.Amended by 2002 Ga.
