(a) Any person who shall make, utter, execute, or submit to the department or to any county board of health any oral or written representation, knowing the same to be false, for the purpose of obtaining anything of value, including any service, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.(b) Any person who shall impersonate or otherwise falsely hold himself out to any other person as an agent of the department or of any county board of health shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
