A hospital may not advertise to the public, by way of any medium whatsoever, that it is identified by the state as an emergency cardiac care center unless the hospital has been designated as such by the office pursuant to this article.Added by 2017 Ga. Laws 105,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2017.
