Section 31-13-23 - Transfer of powers and duties between Department of Natural Resources and Department of Community Health

The Governor shall have the authority to transfer powers and duties enumerated in this chapter between the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Community Health as he deems appropriate by executive order.Amended by 2009 Ga. Laws 102,§ 1-4, eff. 7/1/2009.
