Section 31-22-13 - Penalty

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any of the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ga. Laws 223,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2021.
