As used in this article, the term 'inspection warrant' means a warrant authorizing a search or inspection of private property where such a search or inspection is one that is necessary for the enforcement of any of the provisions of laws authorizing licensure, inspection, or regulation by the Department of Public Health or a local agency thereof.Amended by 2015 Ga.
