Section 31-7-5 - Exemptions from permit requirements; application of this chapter to federally operated institutions

Code Section 31-7-3 shall not apply to the offices of physicians or others practicing the healing arts unless the facilities and services described in paragraph (4) of Code Section 31-7-1 are provided therein; nor shall this chapter apply to institutions operated exclusively by the federal government or by any of its agencies.Amended by 2008 Ga.
