Section 31-7-302 - Rules and regulations; authority of department to issue, suspend, or revoke licenses

The department is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to implement this article. The department is authorized to issue, deny, suspend, or revoke licenses or take other disciplinary actions against licensees as provided in Code Section 31-2-8.Amended by 2011 Ga.
