Section 31-8-198 - Annual report by the department summarizing the efficiency of access and treatment outcomes

Annually, the department shall report to the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the minority leaders of each house, and chairpersons of the House Health and Human Services Committee and the Senate Health and Human Services Committee, summarizing the efficacy of access and treatment outcomes with respect to providing health care services for low-income persons pursuant to this article.Added by 2005 Ga.
