Section 32-5-23 - Limitations on expenditures from fund

Notwithstanding Code Section 32-5-22 and except as expressly authorized elsewhere in this title, no funds from the State Public Transportation Fund shall be expended for the construction or maintenance of:(1) Private driveways, roads, or bridges; or(2) Public roads that have since been abandoned.
