Any insurer failing, without just cause, to timely file the ORSA Summary Report as required in this article may be subject to any penalty set forth in subsection (g) of Code Section 33-2-24. The Commissioner may reduce the monetary penalty if the insurer demonstrates to the Commissioner that the imposition of the monetary penalty would constitute a financial hardship to the insurer.Added by 2015 Ga.
