Each resolution organization contracted with by the department shall report to the department on a quarterly basis the results of all disputes referred to such organization as follows: the number of arbitrations filed, settled, arbitrated, defaulted, or dismissed during the previous calendar year and whether the arbitrators' decisions were in favor of the insurer or the provider or facility.Added by 2020 Ga.
