A sponsor shall invest the funds of a prepaid legal services plan only in such investments as are authorized by the laws of this state for the investment of assets of insurance companies and subject to the limitations placed on the investments.Amended by 2019 Ga. Laws 140,§ 123, eff. 7/1/2019.
