All insurers authorized to transact casualty, life, or accident and sickness insurance in this state which is authorized to issue policies of prepaid legal services insurance in this state shall be required to meet all the requirements of this chapter unless specifically excepted from the requirements by this chapter, provided that nothing contained in this chapter shall be deemed to relieve the obligations of an insurer authorized to transact casualty, life, or accident and sickness insurance in this state from complying with any other applicable requirements of this title and any other applicable laws of this state.Amended by 2019 Ga.
