As used in this chapter:(1) 'Drug' means a drug or biologic that is used in an antineoplastic regimen.(2) 'Insurance policy' means an individual accident and sickness policy of insurance issued pursuant to Chapter 29 of this title or a group accident and sickness insurance policy issued pursuant to Chapter 30 of this title.(3) 'Standard reference compendium' means any of the following: (A) The United States Pharmacopeia Drug Information;(B) The American Medical Association Drug Evaluations;(C) The American Hospital Formulary Service Drug Information.Amended by 2019 Ga.
