(a) The Commissioner may request data from any licensed rating organization through the Commissioner's examination authority pursuant to Code Section 33-9-22.(b) The Commissioner may consult with any state agency as the Commissioner deems necessary, and the Commissioner shall have authority to request any data from such state agency necessary to produce the reports described in Code Sections 33-66-6 and 33-66-7, unless such access is otherwise prohibited by law.Added by 2024 Ga.
