Section 34-7-48 - Recovery by employee working beyond limited hours of service

No employee of any railroad company shall be deprived of his right to recover damages for personal injury by reason of the fact that at the time of such injury he was making a run of more than 13 hours, or making a run aggregating more than 13 hours in 24 hours, or had gone on duty after a 13 hour run, or runs aggregating 13 hours, before ten hours' rest.Amended by 2017 Ga.
