Section 34-9-389 - State absolved of responsibility for debts incurred under fund

The State of Georgia shall not be responsible for any debts incurred as a result of the operation or administration of this fund.Amended by 2010 Ga. Laws 377,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2010.
