Section 35-2-46 - Dismissal of officers, troopers, and communications officers

All officers, troopers, and communications officers who are in the classified service as defined by Code Section 45-20-2 may be dismissed from their employment with the department only in accordance with Chapter 20 of Title 45 and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.Amended by 2012 Ga.
