As used in this article, the term:(1) 'Capitol Square' means that area designated as such by Code Section 50-2-28.(2) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of public safety.(3) 'Department' means the Department of Public Safety.(4) 'Division' means the Capitol Police Division of the department created by this article.Added by 2010 Ga.
