The business of the council shall be conducted in the following manner:(1) The officers of the council, who shall consist of a chairperson, vice chairperson, and secretary-treasurer, shall be elected at the first meeting of each calendar year.(2) Eleven members of the council shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.(3) The council shall maintain minutes of its meetings and such other records as it deems necessary.(4) The council shall report at least annually to the Governor and to the General Assembly as to its activities.Amended by 2018 Ga.
