Section 36-74-28 - Appeals to superior court

An aggrieved party, including the local governing body, may appeal a final administrative order of an enforcement board to the superior court. Such an appeal shall be a hearing de novo. An appeal shall be filed within 30 days of the execution of the order to be appealed.Added by 2003 Ga. Laws 239, § 2, eff. 6/3/2003.
