Section 36-17-3 - Disbursement and expenditure of funds

Funds distributed under this article by the Office of the State Treasurer shall be paid to the counties in the name of the county treasurer or other fiscal authority authorized to receive county funds. Such funds shall be expended by the county only for the purposes prescribed in Code Section 36-17-1.Amended by 2010 Ga. Laws 621,§ 2, eff. 7/1/2010.
