In the event of a deannexation pursuant to this article, a municipality may, but is not required to, continue to provide any services to the property which it was providing immediately prior to the deannexation, provided that the county and municipality have agreed to terms and conditions for the municipality continuing to provide such services.Added by 2023 Ga.
