As used in this part, the term:(1) 'Inspection warrant' means a warrant authorizing a search or inspection of private property where such a search or inspection is one that is necessary for the enforcement of a 'mental health law.'(2) 'Mental health law' means Code Sections 37-3-7, 37-3-8, and 37-4-7, Chapter 6 of this title, and any rule or regulation duly promulgated thereunder.Amended by 2010 Ga.
