Section 37-2-9 - Coordination of disability services with related activities of other agencies and organizations

To the maximum extent possible, disability services provided by the department and the regional offices, hospitals, community service boards, and other public and private providers shall be coordinated with related activities of the department and judicial, correctional, educational, social, and other health service agencies and organizations, both private and public.Amended by 2009 Ga.
