The ombudsman and commissioner shall obtain federal financial participation for eligible activity by the ombudsman. The ombudsman shall maintain and transmit to the department documentation that is necessary in order to obtain federal funds which shall be applied to the budget of the ombudsman.Added by 2008 Ga.
