Section 38-2-1081 - Conspiracy

Any person subject to this article who conspires with any other person to commit an offense under this article shall, if one or more of the conspirators does an act to effect the object of the conspiracy, be punished as a court-martial may direct.Added by 2015 Ga. Laws 99,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2015.
