Section 38-2-1093 - Cruelty and maltreatment of others under one's command

Any person subject to this article who is guilty of cruelty toward, or oppression or maltreatment of, any person subject to his or her orders shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Added by 2015 Ga. Laws 99,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2015.
