Section 38-2-1109 - Property other than military property; waste, spoilage, or destruction

Any person subject to this article who willfully or recklessly wastes, spoils, or otherwise willfully and wrongfully takes, sells, destroys, or damages any property of another other than military property of the United States or of another state shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Added by 2015 Ga.
