Section 38-2-1011 - Confinement and imprisonment in civil jails

Confinement and imprisonment other than in a guard house, whether prior to, during, or after trial by a military court, shall be executed in jails or correctional institutions designated by the Governor, or by the adjutant general under delegation by the Governor, for that purpose.Added by 2015 Ga.
