Section 38-2-1046 - Opportunity to obtain witnesses and other evidence

The trial counsel, the defense counsel, and the summary court-martial officer shall have equal opportunity to obtain witnesses and other evidence as prescribed by regulations issued pursuant to Part 1 of Article 2 of this chapter.Added by 2015 Ga. Laws 99,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2015.
