Section 38-3-166 - Credentialing or privileging standards of health facilities

This article shall not affect credentialing or privileging standards of a health facility and shall not preclude a health facility from waiving or modifying those standards while an emergency declaration is in effect.Added by 2016 Ga. Laws 403,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2016.
