Section 38-3-148 - Criminal penalties for willful violators

Any willful violator shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine of not more than $5,000.00 or to imprisonment for not more than 12 months, or both. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.Added by 2008 Ga. Laws 556,§ 1, eff. 5/12/2008.
