Section 39-4-3 - [For Repeal, See Note] "Executive head" defined

As used in Article VII of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, the term 'executive head' means the Governor.Repealed by 2024 Ga. Laws 425,§ 2, eff. upon enactment of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children into law by the thirty-fifth state.
