Section 39-4-9 - [For Repeal, See Note] Applicability of Code Section 49-5-15 to placements made pursuant to compact

Code Section 49-5-15 shall not apply to placements made pursuant to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children.Repealed by 2024 Ga. Laws 425,§ 2, eff. upon enactment of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children into law by the thirty-fifth state.
