Section 40-1-158 - For-hire license endorsement or private background check certification required

Pursuant to rules and regulations prescribed by the commissioner of driver services, each chauffeur employed by a limousine carrier shall secure from the Department of Driver Services a for-hire license endorsement or private background check certification pursuant to Code Section 40-5-39.Amended by 2015 Ga.
