The commissioner shall collect the following one-time fees upon initial application of a limousine carrier pursuant to this part:(1) A fee of $75.00 to accompany each application for a certificate, or amendment to an existing certificate, where the applicant owns or operates fewer than six limousines;(2) A fee of $150.00 to accompany each application for a certificate, or amendment to an existing certificate, where the applicant owns or operates six to 15 limousines;(3) A fee of $200.00 to accompany each application for a certificate, or amendment to an existing certificate, where the applicant owns or operates more than 15 limousines; and(4) A fee of $75.00 to accompany each application for transfer of a certificate.Added by 2012 Ga.
