Section 40-1-164 - Notice and opportunity to be heard by carriers

Before the department shall enter any order, regulation, or requirement directed against any limousine carrier, such carrier shall first be given reasonable notice and an opportunity to be heard on the matter.Added by 2012 Ga. Laws 632,§ I-1, eff. 7/1/2012.
