Section 40-6-307 - Local restrictions on public roads and highways

Any municipality may prohibit or limit the operation of farm use vehicles on public roads and highways within its jurisdiction if it is determined that such operation endangers the safety of the traveling public.Added by 2016 Ga. Laws 425,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2016.
